Opening Question: Who ARE the most difficult people for you to deal with?

Difficult people for me fall into three categories:

  1. The “Inconvenient” People …
  2. “Gotta Do It My Way” People …
  3. “I Oppose You and Everything About You” People …

Q: How do you handle the difficult people in your life who hurt you or those you love?
