[Benedict of Nursia]
O gracious and holy Father,
Give us wisdom to perceive Thee,
Intelligence to understand Thee,
Diligence to seek Thee,
Patience to wait for Thee,
Eyes to behold Thee,
A heart to meditate upon Thee,
And a life to proclaim Thee;
Through the power of the Spirit
Of Jesus Christ our Lord.

7:7 “Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened for you. 7:8 For everyone who asks receives, and the one who seeks finds, and to the one who knocks, the door will be opened.”
Matthew 7:7-8
Key Point: As we ask, seek, knock, we will be given the gift of a personal, eternal experience of God
Ask -What would you ask of God to give you? What do you want to receive?
Seek - What is it that you seek? What have you lost? What do you want the most from God?
Knock -What would you be willing to do to experience God? Knocking on the door; having it open to you
Spirituality –
What it is NOT:
What it IS:
How to experience God?
#1 ASK - Requires ___________
#2 SEEK- Requires ___________
#3 KNOCK Requires ___________
